Animal Sanctuary for & in Albania
The owner of a 4,5 km long x 2,5 km deep stretch of land along the coast offers the use / usefruct of part of this land to create an Animal Sanctuary for & in Albania to the organisation & team that helps to build/finance/run such a sanctuary.

There are 2 tigers and 5 bears and other animals that are for over 2,5 yrs in their transport cages ... many promissed help, nobody came with a concrete plan of action, plans for cages, how a sanctuary must be equipped, a phased plan approach, eventually bring the animals under for a year or so in a zoo abroad etc.
